DWH Advisory is an owner-managed management consultancy based in Gerlingen near Stuttgart. Founder and Managing Director Dr. Wolfram Hauff combines over 25 years of operational leadership experience in supply chain management, logistics and restructuring.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

His career took him through renowned companies in German industry: as Head of Logistics at Salamander, as Senior Partner at Management Partner, on the management board of WEPA Hygieneprodukte, as Senior Director Global Supply Chain at Villeroy & Boch, and most recently as Executive Vice President Supply Chain & Logistics at Alfred K\u00e4rcher. At K\u00e4rcher, his responsibilities included the internationalization of the supply chain in APAC and South America, as well as an inventory reduction of over \u20ac100 million in just one year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This combination of strategic consulting expertise and operational implementation strength makes DWH Advisory the ideal partner for companies seeking not just concepts, but sustainable change. Dr. Hauff understands these challenges from his own experience\u2014as a decision-maker, not just a consultant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
