  • Sprint: Strategy workshop, 2 days including preparation and follow-up, 8-10k EUR
  • Program: 100-day support plan, 60-90k EUR
  • Advisory board support: Annual mandate, 18-36k EUR + meeting fees
  • Interim support: Daily rate 1,800 – 2,400 EUR, usually 2-4 days/week, 6-12 months
